Ancientism can be the in thing now to understand our legacy and heritage better.
With this vision, and also with a mission to involve our generation next in understanding our roots and the intra-cultural relationship among the civilizations since the ancient time, Indus Band Foundation, IBF, initiated Bharat Ancientism Rocks Festival, a two-day celebration of Borderless Humanity in the city of Kolkata, West Bengal. The festival was aimed to celebrate the profound knowledge and wisdom that the ancient world shared across borders. It was a time when humanity communicated through pure knowledge and wisdom, forging connections that transcended modern communication methods. The 5th century BC, in particular, witnessed significant advancements in knowledge, mathematics, philosophy, literature, administration, and economics. It was during this era that Bharat, the subcontinent, emerged as a pivotal land in many ways, impacting upon the world of knowledge and wisdom then and even today. This festival wanted to harness the immense energy of our ancient heritage to guide today's youth towards a future enriched with wisdom and legacy. The tagline, Ancientism Rocks, encapsulates the spirit.The two-day festival truly celebrated the spirit of our subcontinent with its essence of plurality and diversified nature of culture and a sense of assimilation within. This festival will have its different editions in numerous important cities and places of the country in the coming days.
